What You’ll Do:

Strategic Writing:

  • You’ll be a master of crafting brand-specific copywriting, ensuring every piece resonates with the unique voice and target audience of each brand. 
  • Your focus will be on goal-oriented copy, driving specific actions like website visits, purchases, or social media engagement. 

Social Media Management:

  • You’ll be responsible for planning and executing successful social media strategies for our brands across various platforms. 
  • This includes creating content calendars, optimizing performance, and growing our brand following. 

Develop and Implement Strategic Growth Plans: 

  • As a critical thinker, you’ll help develop data-driven growth plans for our brands.

This would be your day-to-day

  • You wil develope under the Guidance of the Head of Growth full Brand Strategies that include Brand Architecture, Purpose, Vision and Mission, Value Proposition, Brand Essence, Attributes, Audience and Behaviors and Positioning. 
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across design projects, ensuring each piece communicates our brand essence effectively. 
  • You will develop narrative and copywriting for our clients, according to each unique brand voice.  
  • You will generate and share knowledge, inspiring the team through marketing tools, new strategies and methodologies. 
  • You will measure the effectiveness of every action we do. 
  • You will work empathetically to understand the client’s needs and circumstances. 
  • You will navigate through uncertainty and turn client needs into your own. 
  • You will have autonomy in project management and development.
